Be Devotional & Dynamic Under Predictive

No matter we are indulged in software development, banking, accounting, govt services, sales or marketing, one thing which matters is to whome we are submitting our task to. There is a need for prospective attitude while planning a task in hand. And to understand how would this task become helpful for the welfare of our organization. In Ramayana lord hanuman used his anger to burn all of the Lanka Kingdom of Ravana, but his tasks were submitted to supreme leader and lord Rama. Being a true devotee he followed prospect and planning of lord Rama and used his anger for Rama’s yudh (war) and everything worked well for them. If we put milk under the effect of tamarind, it will change its phase to sour curd. Criminal behavior is just like this sour curd.  And this sour curd get converted to sweet charna-amrit (Gods Sweet Milk) under the effect of supreme power. Constant reciprocation with this nature(Like Trees) while performing our job will provide us self gratification in what we do for our organization. The army of lord Rama was group of professional experts in their domain, but still they became warriors when they found that it was Ramas fight for the welfare of humanity. Sage Vishvamitra who was khshtriya become brahman and Lord Parshuram became kshtriya (warrior) for the welfare of humanity. If our leader needs our skills and spirit for welfare of our organization, its better to be dynamic and flexible professional rather than being like a talented robot.
