Himachali Dish – Patore

patore

This is himachali dish known as patore which are prepared from arbi or eddoes leaves. Ingredients are corn flour, onion masala and grams flour or besan. This mixture is applied to arbi leaves and then folded as above. At last folded leaves or patore are fried in cooker in musturd oil. Delicious.
