Nobody is Listening You ?

Moved from south Delhi to north Delhi and we found different type of people. Lets share our story. We met someone and initiated a talk. But she was not listening to us seriously, and was acting like a distracted listener. Have you ever wondered why she was doing that ? Because she was hungry from morning and was expecting us to offer some lunch in a good restaurant. We stopped talking to her and asked her if she would like to join us on lunch… Now as we kept on moving towards North Delhi, we again met another person and again initiated healthy talk. He was hearing to us like a dedicated listener but was actually not understanding what we were saying. He was just forcefully accepting what we were uttering with some worry on his/her face. Do you know why he was not listening to us? Because he got a call from his home that someone in his family was not feeling well and there was some serious problem. Just stopped talking to him and asked him “Is Everything Fine?”. Tried to sort out his family issue after having consent from him. Suggested him to go home. Moved further and again we found a creative person whom we started talking to. But once again we found that she was listening to us in packets of time and was not focusing on our words fully. Do you know why ? Because she was creative person whose memory was processing big visions to create something innovative and hence her listening speed for our words was around 10 words per minute..:) Asked her what creative thing she was thinking about ? We love hearing her vision and great ideas. And after few hours of this meeting we met someone to whom we were talking but didn’t liked to. Do you know why ? Because she was the person who was pretending that she listened to us but gave negative response always which she was building out of her preconceived conclusions. She always disagreed with us no matter what we were sharing was fact. Do you know why she was doing that ? This was because of fear, anger, attitude and impatience. Suddenly a person crossed by us in a hurry and not even heard our “HI” … Do you know why ? Because he was overloaded and his mind was so busy in processing other tasks that our lovely “Hi” never reached his mind. Somebody who was sitting around us was hearing our communication with full focus but still she was not getting what we were uttering … Do you know why ? Because words in her vocabulary were less relevant to content we were delivering. There was a need of breaking our conviction barriers and to use slow and relevant content if we really wanted her to listen us sitting out there.
