The Environment Conclave at Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh

MGD member and Environmentalist Pravin Mishra participated as the keynote speaker in the environmental conclave session at Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh yesterday. This educational institution is committed to mitigating the risk arising from climate change. As a small step in this endeavor, the Eco Club of the school initiated a program ‘The Environment Conclave – प्रण से परिवर्तन ‘ entailing a plethora of engaging activities to generate awareness amongst the future generation to combat climate degradation.

The school inaugurated the session at 11 am on the school premises. Pravin Mishra addressed the future generation by enlightening them on the Environmental Crises faced today and the pivotal role they can play for a sustainable planet. Mr. Mishra delivered a session on Urban Kitchen Gardening cum Composting among Students and School Team.

Makarsankranti Celebrations at Bagwani Nursery Burari

Environmentalist Pravin Mishra organized Makarsankranti Environmental event at his farm Bagwani Nursery Burari on 14th Jan 2020. Around 50 citizens of Delhi NCR participated in this collaborative event and demonstrated their plants and environmental products.

People had a lot of fun by participating in team-building activities, enjoyed delicious Indian food, and shared their knowledge on sustainability. Eminent Youtuber Anish Sinha also joined and captured the event. Anish Sinha runs a successful Gardening channel Delhi Dudes on Youtube with more than 4 Lakh+ Subscribers.

Green Talk in Delhi along with Nature, Nilgai & Dahi Chivda

Green Talk was organized by Environmentalist Pravin Mishra on Sunday, 20th December at Harit Bagwani Nursery, Burari. Along with a scenic view of Nilgai at his farm in Delhi, participants also enjoyed Bihar special Dahi Chivda, a popular desi food. The number of participants had been kept limited for maintaining social distancing and hygiene.
