  4. Spot suitable place where trees can be planted<\/li>\n
  5. Must provide saplings to people at cheap rate which are easily available<\/li>\n
  6. If any one cut or harm any tree for his\/her personal benefits strong punishment should be there<\/li>\n
  7. Keep track on already planted trees<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
