I remember the day when i got OEM certification for Network Security for trainer level. The day brought to me happiest moment in my life and i felt as if i was the master of security infrastructure and whole world was mine. I spent lot of time in understanding hardening of security gateways, application servers and networks to generate innovative solutions to make my environment secure. After having security experience with ZyWALL manufacturers, now i have got the chance to experience Security Icons of Delhi and India like Eyewatch, Security Watch India and Indianeye Security as member of India Electron Exchange. I remember spending my time on creating policies, designing various VPN’s, digging out content filtering methods, setting up of bastions, reverse proxies and much more. But one question was always revolving around my mind. The question was “Why there is a  need for security ?”.  What will happen if we are not secure ? Lets move into depth. If there is weak layer of security, anybody can tamper that layer and have access to our private thoughts, accounts and physical locations. If anybody has access to my thoughts, he will surely know how to control me. If somebody has access to my virtual accounts,  we can call him the owner of my economy. And atlast if he has visibility of my physical locations, then i can consider myself as slave to him.  I know after such discussion you will be wondering what could be the solution ? The solution is to change your way to see things ? Why are we trapped by the thought of being insecure. We have to decide where we are standing ? We have to decide where we want ourselves to be ? Yes the solution is to consider yourself a controller of security and not a slave. If you are controller of security, then nobody in this world can harm you and your country. And who is the “Controller of Security” ? The controller of security is the one who is working on security solutions for the welfare of not only his country, but also for the welfare of other countries.  He is the leader. He is someone without destructive thoughts and one who forgives. He controls the world to make it a better place to live. He loves each and every person on this earth and consider him or her as his brother, sister, father and mother. He is “Green Human”, a technocrat with love and respect for all.
