Internal View of Security Firewall – By Me

Here is a small view of the device most of the companies use to protect their office networks from threats like virus, worms and
intruders. Due to my passion in Internet Technologies, i have created these videos. I tried to upload these videos on youtube and google videos like my other 50 video tutorials, but found that there were space and time restrictions on youtube and google video has stopped free uploading of videos on it. I am an OEM trainer level trained professional on security, and like to share basics of security with my friends and viewers, to make them aware of the security device they use in their offices, the box which restricts facebook on their pcs … lolz …. just joking …. its basically added to restrict employees to waste their time on time stealing websites, protecting them from viruses, worms and making effective use of bandwidth or internet speed for various applications. I feel proud and consider myself as lucky professional who spent his few years with technocrats like Mahendra Lalwani, Rishi Samadhia, Pinaki Chatterjee, Roy Gray, Mohit Malkani, Shashidhar Bhat and Manoj Kumar. Would like to thank all these gurus for the time they invested on me.

New windows of frustration, Anger

The day was cool but was not aware that somebody was so much frustrated with his life that his emotions were coming out of the silencer of his car in addition to his body. Mind you man, if you really don’t love what you have and is unsatisfied with your life, then you need a break, break to your fast life, break to slow down yourself to invest time in loving those who have always forgiven you,  those who kept ignoring your mistakes. Instead of polluting environment and playing with the life of innocent people with your anger and negative thoughts, you need to get back to someone who is waiting for you and needs you somewhere in this world. Be in control of your attitude and purify your blood with “Green Thoughts” and be a “Green Human”. Someone who always learn to live life. We humans have choice to thrive or survive. Survival is instinct. Don’t be a deer, fighting for life. Instead be a great learner, who lives life for others.

We have always heard that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but let us dig out actual health benefits of apples. Here are ten reasons to believe above words. Bone Protection French researchers found that a flavanoid called phloridzin is found only in apples which protects post-menopausal women from osteoporosis and may also increase bone density. Another ingredient in apples is boron, which strengthens our bones.Apple juice is good for children who are suffering from Asthma. And the children of mothers who eat apples has less danger of suffering from Asthma. Lower Cholesterol The pectin in apples lowers LDL cholesterol. If you really want to control cholesterol level, then have two apples daily . Lung Cancer Prevention According to a study of 10,000 people, those who ate the most apples had a 50 percent lower risk of developing lung cancer. Researchers believe this is due to the high levels of the flavonoids quercetin and naringin in apples. Breast Cancer Prevention A Cornell University study found that rats who ate one apple per day reduced their risk of breast cancer by 17 percent. Rats fed three apples per day reduced their risk by 39 percent and those fed six apples per day reduced their risk by 44 percent. Colon Cancer Prevention One study found that rats fed an extract from apple skins had a 43 percent lower risk of colon cancer. Other research shows that the pectin in apples reduces the risk of colon cancer and helps maintain a healthy digestive tract. Liver Cancer Prevention Research found that rats fed an extract from apple skins had a 57 percent lower risk of liver cancer. Diabetes Management The pectin in apples supplies galacturonic acid to the body which lowers the body’s need for insulin and may help in the management of diabetes. Weight Loss A Brazilian study found that women who ate three apples or pears per day lost more weight while dieting than women who did not eat fruit while dieting.
