Shashidhar Bhat is the Founder at greenworkforce.in a new-age startup focusing on lifelong learning, gig work practices and entrepreneurship. The venture is an incubate at IIM Lucknow Noida campus. Prior to greenworkforce, Shashidhar has rigorously worked in IT and Communication industry catering to Small and Medium Businesses for their solutions on Internet Security, Messaging, Voice over IP and Software/Web Applications.

He has studied Artificial Intelligence with a project on Neural Networks during his Engineering Course way back in 1992 at Mysore. Recent 3 years, he is an active contributor of Prof M M Pant’s initiative on Mission 2020 to build a nation of lifelong learners.

Shashidhar also worked as a Director of local chapter for Founder Institute, USA ( www.fi.co) to conduct early stage startup acceleration program in Delhi NCR.

Veritical Gardening is a special interest area for him to explore socio-economic activities as a family micro-entrepreneurship.

Sarvesh Gautam is the Co-Founder at Happypot Garden Pvt. Ltd a green startup focusing on the problem of green space in the modern lifestyle.
Happypot transform all type of space into green & beautiful space for healthy living.

The venture work through out Delhi NCR region. Sarvesh is a B.tech Graduate in Civil Engineering. He was a Joint Secretary in an NGO “Light De Literary” which works for slum literacy.

Types of plants suitable for indoor and outdoor Plantation and growing plants without soil (Hydroponics) is the area of interest.

Anjan Das, a Techie by profession and a gardener by passion. After leaving his natural Jungle hometown in Assam the calling for jobs brought him to concrete jungles in the capital city. He decided to make green impact in the surroundings where he lives. And hence started involving in the local community for diverse environmental activities including plantation drives, waste segregation, avoiding single-use plastics/micro plastics. Anjan contributes regularly in the forums, groups and field campaigns.

A masters in public administration, he always believe in sustainable policies and people awareness.

Kaushik Srinivasan, a professional urban farmer. CoFounder of Dream Green(www.DreamGreen.in). A Chennai based startup with a mission cum vision of Clean Green Chennai

Started designing websites at an early age of 17 as a freelancer. Loves cycling, rocknroll and long drives. Went on to do management studies in France.

Having worked in VoIP and training industry before starting Dream Green along with his younger brother Gautham Srinivasan who is a BTech from NIT and MBA from IFMR.

Sushma Rustagi is an economics graduate from Delhi University. She has years of experience in academic guidance to students in Economics, English and Maths.

For last one and a half years, she is devoted to creating environmental awareness and composting among citizens of Delhi. Sushma has plans for plantation drive at Yamuna Sports Complex, Surajmal Vihar for planting hundreds of trees. She is collaborating with Mission Green Delhi team and local authorities for a campaign on Zero Waste Delhi.

Her interest areas are Inspiring, guiding people for solid waste management especially kitchen waste and also providing solution to them.

Mrs. Ranju Minhas is an educationist and environmental crusader working towards conservation of natural resources since 2005. She founded Shield citizen’s initiative in 2010.The society won WWF Earth hour award in

She founded “WoW Delhi” for financial empowerment of women in 2012.
In 2016 she started “Harit kachra kranti” movement to raise awareness on the issue of waste generation in cities. She worked on finding solutions to manage green waste at household level itself. In 2018 she innovated a “ranjucompostbin” a household cost effective and easy to operate composting device. Mrs. Minhas is a dynamic women entrepreneur,
having launched “PURE WASH” venture (Handmade herbal Soaps) to check water pollution at household level. Currently she conducts “Regenerative lifestyle” workshops in communities.

A very passionate Pravin Mishra does nothing but promoting green environment in Delhi with his grassroot level activities from morning to evening everyday. Awareness drives, plantations, preservation and advocacy of clean environment is his natural expertise. From Bihar to Burari Chowk in Delhi, Pravin has made his name in this domain to a decade now. He appeared on National TV – Doordarshan, Agri Portals n Magazines, Hindi News papers like Dainik Jagran regularly covering select activities he is into.

Pravin’s interest is the promotion of Terrace Gardens and allied activities including dry leaf composting, kitchen waste productivity, and kitchen remedies for plant problems. He has collaborated with Delhi University colleges to spread the wings.

Puneet Verma, Founder of Mission Green Delhi. He is an Electronics Engineer developed as a specialist Webmaster helping India and International companies for building their web strategies – be it infrastructure, operations or marketing. He had the guts to quit Indian MNC job to take up work from home assignments earning Dollars from US companies. But his soul is an environmentalist with his aggressive mission for green Delhi. He has built a vibrant community which is much appreciated by everyone.
