Speed up your website with greentech
Performance of Greentech website on browsers was not as fast as i wanted it to be. Then i analysed it using performance evaluation tool and found 87% as performance score. Browsers were taking too much time to download stuff on users system. To resolve this, i have activated a module on server which eventually compressed the content and browser is now taking less time to download it. After download, it decompresses it and deliver it to the user. Compression of content leads to faster download and hence very good load time.
I activated Deflate module on greentech server. Also configured document types (html, css, javascript) to be compressed in .htaccess configuration file.
For every request that we make to the website, server initiates a new connection. To browse web content using a single connection and to avoid latency due to multiple connections, i have activated ‘Keep Alive’ in my htaccess configuration file. Now performance score is 94%.
