Have you ever seen a road divider that spell bounds us while we are driving on the road ? Yes, this was the scene today morning at this Vaishali divider to which most passerbyes were giving the sneak peek. With commendable efforts of NurturePlanet non profit, Rotary club , Donna Beauty Services, and citizens from apartments ( Devika, Express, Design Arc, Apex, Ratanjyoti, Eldico, Neelpadam and many more) came on the road for this life saving big mission and contributed for the noble cause near Shopprix mall.
More than 800 plants were planted under this initiative. Nagar Nigam officials provided great help in cleaning and watering of dividers. This was superhit day for the Vaishali citizens and more special for the children. This campaign was coordinated by Nandita Kumar and Anubha Jain from NurturePlanet, without whose endeavor it was almost impossible to bring people together. Thanks to NurturePlanet team for sharing this information with 600+ monthly readers of Mission Green Delhi blog.
