Environment Awareness Journey by Pravin Mishra at Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar along with Paryavaran Mitras
Environmentalist Pravin Mishra contributed to an environmental awareness campaign in Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi on 13th December 2022. He created awareness among students to keep our city clean by channelizing the dry and wet waste at the source. He focussed on methods to compost wet waste at home by preparing bio enzymes for it. According to him, dry waste should be segregated at home and sent to the Garbage collection center to minimize urban pollution.

Plantation Drive in Radhey Shyam Park, East Delhi
A plantation drive was organized in Radhey Shyam Park near Preet Vihar in East Delhi on 15th August 2022. Fruit saplings like Jamun, Guava, and Papaya were planted by respected locals in the park.
Thanks to Radhey Shyam Park residents for participating in this plantation drive and inspiring the citizens of Delhi to take steps to protect our environment. Such initiatives by Delhi residents are definitely going to mitigate air pollution in the region and will help increase the city’s green cover. Climate change disasters like floods, forest fires, and landslides have now shifted our focus on planting more saplings, shrubs, and trees in parks, schools, green belts, and open spaces in our city.
