Greentech is focusing on user more than experience because we understand that it’s user what matters most to us. Perfect user experience comes by building amazing capabilities and features by understanding user environment from different scenarios (Their pain, disabilities, demographics & interests). Second most important thing is to provide them great usability by engaging them, instructing them and eventually driving them to their needs and our business goals. At last comes their involvement and feedback to understand and analyse if their requirements are fulfilled.

So we believe in following user experience myths to become more user centric:-

Our product is not accessible at all. No capabilities to handle mobiles, operating systems & resolutions etc.
Even an expert could not understand our product. What about layman ?
People always run away from our product. Don’t know why ?

Speed up your website with greentech

Performance of Greentech website on browsers was not as fast as i wanted it to be. Then i analysed it using performance evaluation tool and found 87% as performance score. Browsers were taking too much time to download stuff on users system. To resolve this, i have activated a module on server which eventually compressed the content and browser is now taking less time to download it. After download, it decompresses it and deliver it to the user. Compression of content leads to faster download and hence very good load time.

I activated Deflate module on greentech server. Also configured document types (html, css, javascript) to be compressed in .htaccess configuration file.

For every request that we make to the website, server initiates a new connection. To browse web content using a single connection and to avoid latency due to multiple connections, i have activated ‘Keep Alive’ in my htaccess configuration file. Now performance score is 94%.
